Then add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Then add the beans and fungus and stir fry. Finally add salt and chicken essence. Put less salt, because the soy sauce you need to put in later will also be salty.

Finally add the soy sauce. The color of the soy sauce is relatively heavy and has no taste, so you can put more appropriately. Put less light soy sauce.

Put in the microwave. If it is an old-fashioned microwave oven, heat the oven for 5 minutes first. When the time is up, wait for a while, change the heat to medium for 10 minutes. After the time is up, simmer for 10 minutes before taking it out. If it is a microwave oven like this new computer version, choose 100% power for 5 minutes first. When the time is up, wait for a while, use 60% power for another 10 minutes, and then simmer for 10 minutes.
