Steps for mapo tofu

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients; cut the tofu into square dices, and cut all other ingredients that can be cut into pieces for later use.

Step 2: Add a little vegetable oil to the pan and heat it over high heat. After the oil is heated, add bean paste, salt, dry red pepper, green garlic, shredded ginger, prickly ash powder, and ground beef in turn.
