Cut the tofu into small pieces one-inch square and one-centimeter thick, put the oil in a hot pan, and fry the tofu until golden yellow on both sides.
3
Spread the fried tofu on the bottom of the casserole.
4
Start another oil pan, stir-fry the star anise over low heat until fragrant, add spring onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.
5
Add green beans and winter bamboo shoots slices, continue to stir-fry, add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar and chicken essence.
6
Pour the stir-fried winter bamboo shoots, green beans, etc. into a casserole and cover on the tofu.
7
Add the cooked mushrooms and water (broth is better) to the casserole, whichever is the water exceeds all ingredients.
8
Stir fry the minced pork slightly until it is tender, and add it to the casserole. Turn on the high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour (if you have time, you can simmer for more time to make the tofu more delicious).
