Steps for Braised tofu with minced pork and winter vegetables

Ingredients: tofu, garlic, rice, shallot, minced meat, red pepper, winter vegetables seasoning: soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder, cooking wine, sugar

Marinate the minced meat with soy sauce, chicken powder, pepper and starch for a while.

Cut the tofu into cubes, soak in boiling water, take in cold water, and drain. Wash the winter vegetables and drain them. Cut other materials for later use.

Heat the pan, add oil to heat, and saute chives, garlic and winter vegetables.
