Steps for Pumpkin dumplings

1
Flour + pumpkin puree + a little salt (1% of flour), knead into a smooth dough, relax for more than half an hour.
2
Use the dough to prepare the filling while it is relaxing. Wash the pork and chop the minced meat, marinate the cooking wine, pepper, and chopped onions and ginger for a while. Wash dried radishes and cowpeas, and dice them.
3
Add the dried radish, cowpeas, and minced meat in the blending oil, oyster sauce, and salt and sesame oil, and stir fry for a few minutes. Remove the pan and place it in a bowl for later use.
4
Divide the relaxed dough and roll it into a 10-g dumpling wrapper. (During the process of rolling the dumpling dough, you can apply a little flour to the dough because the dough with pumpkin puree is very sticky)
5
Put the right amount of stuffing in the middle of the dumpling skin
6
First fold the dumpling skin in half, knead it in the middle, and then fold it on both sides to form it.
7
Lay cage cloth on the steaming drawer, place in the dumplings, bring boiling water in the pan, and steam for 15 minutes. (The picture is already steamed)
8
If you want to cook, put appropriate amount of water in the pan and bring to a boil. After boiling water, add the dumplings. After the dumplings float, pour on a bowl of cold water, cover the lid, boil again, pour on a small bowl of cold water, for a total of three small bowls of cold water. After the dumplings swell, turn off the heat and take out of the pot.Pumpkin dumplings Make Tips
Because there are many dumplings made, half of them are boiled and half are steamed. Facts tell me that steamed is more beautiful than boiled ^_^Steamed is delicious when it is hot, but not when it is cold.
