Steps for Improved version of fried paste noodles

Wash the pork belly and cut it into dices; cut dried tofu and lettuce into dices; peel and wash the edamame.

Add oil to the pan and heat, and saute the chives.

Add the pork belly and stir-fry until the oil separates out.

Add diced bamboo shoots, diced dried tofu, and edamame and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add seasonings and water and stir well.

Before starting the pan, thicken with water starch and serve out.

Cook the noodles in another pot, pour them into a bowl with cold water, and sprinkle with fried sauce.
