Pumpkin flower brew is our Hezhou Hakka specialty dish. It tastes delicious and sweet. I haven't eaten this for a long time. I finally ate it when I got home this time. The pumpkin flowers are grown by myself. They are pure green food. The taste is really sweet. When the tofu is brewed in it, it is even more sweet.

- mushrooms 2g
- spiced powder appropriate amount

Steps for Pumpkin Flower Stuffed

Remove the stamens from the pumpkin flowers and wash them for later use.

Crush the tofu, chop the pork and mushrooms into powder, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and five-spice powder, and mix well.

Stuff the mixed filling into the pumpkin flower bag, fill it until the flower extends outward, and fold back the extending petals towards the middle.

Place the brewed pumpkin wine into the pan and cook for a while.

Then pour in some water and cook for about 10 minutes until cooked.
