Vegetable meeting
By JosefaHyatt
This dish was made last week. The leftovers at home that day were particularly lovely. There is one left, and nothing you can do is enough. I simply put them all in a pot and named them vegetables for a meeting ^.^ My husband finally characterized it as a meal dish, hehe.

Steps for Vegetable meeting

1
Prepare ingredients sweet potatoes, potatoes, and eggplant and cut into hob pieces. Slice fresh lotus root. Slice tomatoes. Green pepper cut flowers with horizontal knife. Knead the meat into meatballs. Slice ginger, minced garlic, shredded green onion.
2
Dip eggplant, potatoes, sweet potatoes, lotus root slices, and meatballs evenly with starch, fry them until done, and remove them for later use.
3
We can make soup when the vegetables are greasy. Heat the casserole over high heat and pour in the base oil. Add a small amount of garlic and ginger slices and saute in a casserole until fragrant.
4
Saute the casserole until fragrant and add the stock and tomato slices. Bring the stock to a boil, add the vermicelli, and cook the vermicelli.
5
Saute the casserole until fragrant and add the stock and tomato slices. Bring the stock to a boil, add the vermicelli, and cook the vermicelli.
6
Pour away the excess oil from the pan where the vegetables were fried. Add the fried vegetables and meatballs again and stir fry a few times. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.
7
Stir-fry the vegetables and place them in a casserole. The stock inside is just enough to cover all the vegetables. Add a lot of minced garlic and shredded green onions, green pepper flowers, salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir fry for a few times and remove from the pan. If there is too much soup, cover the pan and simmer for a few minutes.

Out of the pot, you can use it.
