The deposition of a large amount of amyloid protein in the brain is the main cause of Alzheimer's disease, so eating curry 1-3 times a week can prevent Alzheimer's disease.
Steps for Curry potato beef soup

Prepared potatoes, cooked curry beef, vermicelli.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, and soak the vermicelli.

Pour the beef into a casserole and cook until the water boils.
