Steps for Seaweed wonton

Soak the dried shrimps in water for a while.

After soaking, peel off the shrimp shells.

Tear wonton skin and seaweed into small pieces.

Add oyster sauce, a little salt, and oyster sauce to minced pork meat, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Prepare a bowl of clear water and follow the steps on the picture to wrap the wontons. (If the edges are not stuck, you can apply some water to the edges, and then pinch it to stick)

Don't expose the wonton skin to the air when making wontons. It's best to put it in a bag and then take another piece, so that the wonton skin will not harden and will be softer and easier to wrap.
