Indian chicken curry rice
1. Peel off the outer skin of the banana, cut it in half, and cut it into 8cm sections.
2. Heat 10ml of olive oil in the pan over medium heat. After heating, put the chopped onions, chopped garlic and curry powder into the pan and stir fry for 3 minutes, then add the rice and continue to stir for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the chicken soup into the pan, turn to low heat and cover to simmer the rice until it is done (about 15 minutes).
4. Heat 10ml of olive oil in the pan over medium heat. After heating, put the diced chicken meat into the pan and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
5. Finally, put the stir-fried diced chicken into the rice and mix well, then add the banana segments, and season with salt and white pepper.
