Steps for Raw fried glutinous rice

Soak the glutinous rice one night in advance, and dry it the next day for use.

Braised pork and sausage are diced for use. Soak the mushrooms until soft and dice.

Soak fish and dried shrimp for later use. Use the microwave to bite the peanuts for later use.

Heat a hot oil pan, add sausage, fish, and stir fry for a while over medium heat. Fish and barbecued pork are also added and stir-fried. Then add the mushrooms and pickled mustard kernels and stir-fry them, add a little soy sauce and white sugar. Finally, add the dried shrimps and stir-fry them well before serving.

Then boil the oil pan and stir-fry the glutinous rice. Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the high heat and stir-fry. Stir fry until dry and a little sticky to the pan, sprinkle with a little soy sauce and water juice. (Depending on the amount of glutinous rice, it needs to be repeated several times)

Stir fry until the glutinous rice is ripe. Add all the bacon and other ingredients that have just been fried together and stir fry without adding water. Stir well, sprinkle with some chopped green onion and coriander and serve
