Steps for Home-cooked hairtail

1
Wash the hairtail and chop it into pieces.
2
Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into sections. Wash the celery and cut it into sections. Break the dried peppers in two paragraphs. Wash and slice ginger.
3
Put a little oil in the pan and fry the hairtail.
4
Increase the heat and fry the fish on both sides to charred it and serve the pan.
5
Put a little oil in the pan, heat and saute the ginger slices and pepper strips until fragrant.
6
Add another spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry it to make red oil. The heat should not be too high. If the heat is too high, the bean paste will easily burn.
7
Put the garlic sprouts in and stir-fry.
8
Add the fried hairtail, add a little water, cover the pot and simmer.
9
Boil until there is less water, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a little bit of salt and chicken essence, and put the celery section on top of the pot and simmer. Put the heat on medium heat. Remove the juice and take it out of the pot. Don't stew too dry. It's delicious to dip it in fish with a little sauce.
