Burdock beef shredded

Burdock beef shredded
Burdock is one of the most common ingredients in Japanese food. It can be shredded, sliced, cut into slices, fried, mixed, or cooked.
Before coming to Japan, I didn't like this root-flavored food very much. After I came here, it was said that burdock was good for women's bodies, so I tried eating some, but I still had a grudge over the taste.
So, my colleague taught me a frying method that could not taste the flavor of tree roots-shredded burdock beef.

    1. You can omit cilantro if you don't like it. I happen to have it at home and added it myself. 2. To remove the smell of tree roots, burdock must be cooked with the meat. 3. The soy sauce itself is very salty, so I didn't put salt in it. Everyone can adjust it according to your own soy sauce as appropriate.
