Steps for mapo tofu

Prepare the materials.

Cut the mushrooms into diced cubes.

Chop the meat into bits, add starch, cooking wine, and oil to soak it.

Cut tofu into pieces and soak in salt water for 10 minutes (so it won't break easily when cooking).

Heat the pan and put in the oil, add the pepper and dried pepper.

Remove immediately after frying (move quickly, otherwise the pepper will be bitter if it is burnt).

Turn on low heat, add 1 spoonful of bean paste and 1 spoonful of chopped pepper and stir-fry to produce red oil.

Stir-fry the red oil and add the meat. Add a small teaspoon of sugar.
