I learned to cook this dish in a restaurant. This is a stew that Turks like to eat. They mainly use meat filling with ketchup and onions to stir-fry, and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Stir fry first and then stew. The taste is sour and salty. They are used to putting more ketchup in their cooking. I use less ketchup when I make it. Then add eggplant and carrots.
