Three threads and one fruit
By WyattHeller
The three shredded potatoes and one fruit I made last time were very delicious, but the shredded potatoes gave me a headache. First, they were not cut very finely, and secondly, they were not fried well, which also cost oil. I might as well make a revision, which would save trouble and taste delicious. The vermicelli instead of shredded potatoes, no need to cut, they are easy to fry and taste better.

Place in another pan, add oil, add peanuts after 3 ripe, and fry until 8 ripe.
5
Remove the peanuts and cool them thoroughly with the vermicelli.

Wash the coriander and cut it into sections, and cut the onions into thin strips.
7
Put the cilantro and shredded onions in a large bowl.
8
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix well.
