Steps for Shrimp and fungus wonton

1
Cut up the green onions. I am a fan of green onions, so I put about half of them.
2
Soak the dried fungus in hot water for 10 minutes, then wash off the sand with water. You can start chopping it. The purpose of adding fungus is to increase the taste and add points. The fungus can also nourish the skin. XD.
3
Wash the fresh shrimps and freeze them for 30 minutes. It's easier to handle and the shrimps won't move around. It's not so scary!
4
Cutting off the head and tail will make it easier to peel off without hurting your hands.
5
The peeled shrimps can be cut into small pieces and are easier to eat.
6
Add cooking wine to the diced shrimp to remove the fishy smell.
7
Add some more cooking wine to freshen up.
8
Mincing meat on stage!!! Finally, stir all the marinated diced shrimp, ground meat and fungus, and add an egg and stir until it is evenly and slightly sticky.
9
The way to wrap depends on the person. I don't know how to wrap it. I found a gold ingot wrap online and it's very good. Nothing broke! Haixing District was created by my master and it has not been broken! Ha.

It's cooked!!
