Steps for Winter melon pork ribs soup
1
Slice the wax gourd for later use, cut the ginger into large pieces and place it in the pan, and boil it with water.2
Put the ribs in boiling water to remove blood, about 3 minutes.3
Pour away the blood and discard the ginger slices. Use clear water to wash the blood again, as described above. (In other words, repeat the step of getting bloody twice)4
Replace with new water, add new ginger slices and chives, add the small ribs, add seasonings, a little salt and sugar, and soy sauce. (In fact, you can also leave no seasoning and add it at the end to make the soup lighter.) Cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.5
Then add the wax gourd slices and simmer over low heat. If you want both the vegetables and meat to be crispy, keep it for a longer time. About 30 minutes.6
Before finally getting out of the pan, you can add seasonings according to your taste.
