Lifu bibimbap

Lifu bibimbap
Bibimbap () is the most commonly used Korean cuisine. You can use stone pot stewed rice and mixed with various vegetables (commonly used in restaurants), while the home-made rice is more directly mixed with various vegetables. In short, it is collectively referred to as bibimbap! My boyfriend said that it is more common for Korean people to mix whatever food is left at home, so when he saw the bibimbap I made, he said that he had never thought he could eat such luxurious bibimbap at home ~
Her boyfriend's surname is Li, the eldest surname of the Korean family, so it is called Li Mansion Bibimbap. We didn't use the stone pot. Our stone thing was too small, and the rice cooked was not enough for us to share ^^

  • Lifu bibimbap Make Tips

    1. You don't have to use stewed rice in a stone pot to make it yourself at home. The rice is usually stuffed before making it, and when all the dishes have been processed, the rice is ready. 2. Use the rice bibimbap dishes at your disposal, seasonal vegetables can be used, and you can also use spinach, mushrooms, bracken, vermicelli, etc., according to your preference. 3. I learned the egg skin recipe here from other places. It's very good. Although it's a little troublesome, the results are remarkable. 4. We love to eat meat, so we use sliced meat. You can also use minced beef like outside. Just stir-fry it.
