Steps for griddle cooked chicken

1
First, put the water-grown fungus and mushrooms in a clean pot to control the moisture. Sheng Qi.
2
Put oil in the pan and saute the chives, garlic, and peppers. Then pour the chicken in, don't rush to turn over, slowly fry until the meat is golden brown, turn over again, and continue frying. Fry until both sides are golden brown and the meat is slightly dry. (If you can pass the oil first, it will be the most fragrant.)
3
Move the meat aside and pour the dried fungus and mushrooms into the remaining oil in the pan. Stir fry and add a little salt. Then stir fry with chicken.
4
Then, pour about 1/3 of the bottle or half of the bottle of beer, cover and simmer. Simmer until the soup is basically dry.
5
Spread garlic sprouts, bean sprouts (which seems to be what northerners often call rice cakes), Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, fried taro meatballs, and fish balls in the pot.
