Cut the meat into foam, mix with green onions, shredded ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Use northern tofu instead of tender tofu. There is too much water and it is not easy to shape. When frying the tomato box, dip the eggplant in the batter, pick it up with chopsticks, and place it in the oil pan one by one to avoid sticking together. One eggplant can make a big plate.
