Three-shrimp tofu

    Wash the shrimp, peel out the shrimp, remove the shrimp string, and keep the shell and head for later use. Stir shrimp with 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1/4 spoonful of salt, and a small amount of starch, size and marinate for 10 minutes.

  • Three-shrimp tofu Make Tips

    1. When blanching tofu, add a small teaspoon of salt to prevent the tofu from breaking. Blanched tofu can remove its beany smell. 2. When blanching tofu, the heat should not be too high and the water should not boil too much, otherwise the tofu will be boiled into pieces. 3. When frying tofu at the end, just hold the handle of the pan and shake it. Don't use a spatula to stir it, it will be easy to break. 4. You can also drop a few drops of sesame oil at the end to make it more delicious. 5. Don't throw away the shrimp heads. They are rich in calcium, and the shrimp oil produced is very delicious.
