Last week, I had dinner with some friends and had China food.
Of course, boiled fish and shredded pork with fish flavor are delicious, but unexpectedly, a few small cold dishes are actually more popular than hot dishes.
The most popular one is preserved egg tofu. I ordered two servings, but every time I served it, I only ate 2 spoonfuls in total... and the number of preserved eggs in it was really pitiful.
