Steps for Stewed tofu with meat

Wash and chop fresh meat and mushrooms separately.

Cut green onions, ginger and garlic into pieces respectively.

Add white pepper powder, salt, chicken essence, white sugar, starch, and cooking wine to marinate all ingredients for five minutes.

Separately cut chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and garlic slices. Set aside.

Chop the dried peppers in circles, star anise and red oil watercress for use.

Cut tofu into pieces, use a tool to make a hole in the surface, and remember not to cut through.

Fill in proper amount of the pre-marinated meat paste.

Cook the oil until it is 60% hot, and first fry the side with the meat filling slightly.

Turn it over and fry the other side. When turning, turn it gently with a flat shovel, fry it well and serve for later use.
