The white and tender tofu, the tender tofu that will tremble when shaking the plate, really makes my fingers move. But I don't want to destroy the tender, smooth and delicious taste of tofu... Let's have a cold tofu.

Steps for cold tofu

Ingredients: tender tofu, pork, onions, soy sauce, cornflour, sesame oil, four seasons sauce, sugar, oil.

Put the tofu in a boiling water pot and blanch it, pick up and plate for later use.

Chop the pork into minced meat.

Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of corn flour, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, sugar, a little oil, 1 tablespoon of four season sauce, mix well. There is no season sauce that can be replaced by other sauces.

Mix minced meat well with seasoning.

Put the seasoned minced meat in a hot oil pan and stir fry until done. Add some water to boil.

Chop the green onions into dice.
