Fried rice with watercress and minced pork

As long as there are leftovers, I always want to eat fried rice and stir-fry whatever ingredients are available. They are all delicious!

Steps for Fried rice with watercress and minced pork

Smash the leftovers.

A small piece of pork and chop it into minced meat.

Wash appropriate amount of watercress and cut into fine pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced meat and stir fry.

Stir fry the minced meat until white, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to season.

Push the minced meat aside, add the watercress and stir fry until soft.

Add leftovers and appropriate soy sauce and stir fry.

Stir fry well and heat the rice.
