Steps for Lotus seed, yam, and coix seed porridge

Wash all ingredients ~ lotus seeds and coix seeds and soak in water.

Soak the lotus seeds and remove the lotus core.

Put lotus seeds and coix seed into a casserole.

Add water to boil (add the original soaking water).

Peel the yam.

Cut it into dice.

Add the yam into the pot and cook with the lotus seeds and coix seed. Bring to the boil over high heat and turn to low heat to simmer for about 1 hour.

Light taste ~~ Add rock sugar to taste according to personal preference.
