Steps for fried rice cake

Prepare materials.

Because I saw freshly made rice cakes sold in the market, I happened to see them in this packaging in the supermarket that day and bought them.

First stir-fry the various seasonings in turn.

When adding oil to stir-fry the rice cakes, add some water and simmer until soft, then stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pan.

Add the stir-fried seasoning, stir fry with salt, soy sauce, and chicken essence for a few times.
