There were some meat and vegetables at home that I had bought before and I didn't eat. Today, I used local materials and brought one to stew it in a pot of fresh food. It was warm and delicious!

Steps for Yi Guo Xian

Wash all ingredients and peel as shown above.

Marinate the beef for a while, then add it to the hot oil pan and stir fry.
