Fragrant roasted silver carp

Fragrant roasted silver carp
I had grilled fish at a Chongqing-style grilled fish restaurant one noon last week. The taste was great. At that time, I found that there were waiting seats, but I didn't take it seriously. Because I couldn't forget the smell, I went straight there after work on the weekend night. When I saw more than 10 people waiting for a seat, I had no choice but to retreat.
But I am not willing to accept it. If I can't get in line, I can't do it myself! So in the afternoon, I went straight to the market and bought a silver carp weighing 2 kilograms and 4 ounces. The silver carp had few bones, so it was enjoyable to eat. I just couldn't stop my chopsticks. You know the feeling!
