In this fast-moving era, people's lives have gradually been swallowed up by work and fatigue. It is rare to calm down and enjoy Western festivals like Christmas. Perhaps there are more people who have not made a holiday gift for themselves and their loved ones for a long time. Today, with the arrival of Christmas, I personally created a nutritious hot dish like a Christmas tree for my loved ones and I, hoping to share my happiness with my brothers and sisters as a gourmet!

Steps for Holy egg Yushu

Preparation ingredients: tofu, eggs, peas, carrots.

Use a knife to carve a Christmas tree in the whole piece of tofu and empty out the excess tofu.

Beat in the eggs and release appropriate amount of salty salt and chicken essence.

Beat the eggs with an egg beater until smooth.

Pour eggs evenly into the carved Christmas tree and place in a steamer.

Preparation of peas and diced carrots.

After boiling water, turn to medium heat for 5 minutes, add peas and diced carrots.

Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes and turn off the heat.

After the tofu cools down, use a food knife to remove the excess tofu on the outer edge.

Pour the milk and the tofu you took out before into the corn paste, and add appropriate amount of white sugar according to the taste.

Stir the corn paste until evenly mixed and pour into the free space on the outer edge of the tofu.
