Tangyuan or bean noodle roll
Add some orange powder to make yuanxiao to taste better and will not harden when it is cold.
You can eat it dipped in soybean flour, or you can also dip it in coconut paste or other favorite ingredients.
I have never understood the difference between Yuanxiao and Tangyuan. When dipped in soybean flour, it feels like a bean flour roll.
