Steps for glutinous rice lotus root

Wash and peel 3 lotus roots. (Don't cut off the knots at both ends at the end, otherwise the glutinous rice will leak out. I didn't consider making this when I bought lotus roots, so the stall owner cut off both ends)

Appropriate amount of glutinous rice is soaked in water one night in advance. (It's easy to get familiar with this way)

Cut a small piece at one end of the lotus root, fill the glutinous rice into the air, and poke it firmly with chopsticks while filling it. (Those who have decoration bags can use decoration bags to assist them)

After loading the glutinous rice, use a toothpick to tie the incision firmly.

Drain the lotus root into the inner container of the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water and white sugar, and add the voltage for 25 minutes.
