Steps for kumquat beef

Wash beef and cut into pieces.

Peel lotus root, wash and slice; wash kumquat and cut in half; wash hawthorn, cut in half, and remove seeds.

Put a suitable amount of oil on the heat to heat, add the onions and ginger slices and saute until fragrant, add the beef and cooking wine and saute until color changes.
