Laopou tofu
After busy for half an hour, I finally made my wife's tofu. Although the color is not very good, the ashes I made often feel fulfilled and it is really comfortable to eat. Dear friends, collect if you like it! (The name of this dish was given by me,(*^__^*) Hehe...)
There is a more beautiful dish below. Please come and visit ~~

Ingredients Details
A piece of tofu
50g meat filling
A carrot
One onion, one ginger, one garlic, two grains
Moderate amount of soy sauce
Pepper
Appropriate amount of cooking wine
Moderate fuel consumption
salt amount
starch amount
1. Chop the pork into meat paste, chop the carrots, and set aside. (Mine was directly sent to the pig's head store for me using a machine.)

2. Cut the onions, ginger and garlic into powder.
3. Put the diced carrot, meat filling, shredded green onion, shredded ginger, and a little red pepper into a bowl, add cooking wine, pepper powder, water starch, and appropriate amount of salt to make a dip and pickle for a while.

4. Cut the tofu into the final pieces, use a knife to dig a hole in the surface. The deeper you dig, the more meat you will fill in. Fill the marinated meat paste into the small hole in the tofu and squeeze it tightly

5,6 Put a little oil in the pan. After the oil is heated, place the tofu into the pan and fry over low heat. Wait until one side is golden brown, turn over and fry the other side. Fry well.

7. Leave the base oil in the pan, add shredded ginger and shredded garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add excess shredded tofu and starch in the pan, add soy sauce, fuel oil, salt and sugar. Place the tofu on a plate, thicken it, and pour it on the tofu and it's done!
