Steps for stir-fried vermicelli

Put water in the pan to boil, add the vermicelli and cook.

Drain the boiled vermicelli.

Cut carrots, green garlic, and onions well and set aside.

Put salt, white sugar, vinegar, steamed fish drum oil, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well into a sauce.
