Steps for Stewed tofu with hairtail

Remove the internal organs of the hairtail, wash it and marinate with salt, white wine, pepper and vinegar for 30 minutes.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Prepare eggs and ingredients.

Cover the fish with egg mixture.

Pour into warm oil.
