While shopping at Carrefour, I saw the newly launched "Yaozhu Abalone Juice" and felt quite good, so I bought a bottle and went home to taste it. The taste was quite delicious. I think with this seasoning, it will be fragrant enough to stir-fry vegetarian vegetables without meat. Therefore, I made "Cooking Mushrooms and Yams with Yaozhu Abalone Sauce". One person can't make do with it, he has to make two dishes no matter how! Then came the "Stir-fried Soybean Sprouts with Zanthoxylum Oil", haha! Cook some more rice, oh! It feels beautiful!
