Steps for steamed dumpling

Soak mushrooms, black fungus, and glutinous rice in cold water overnight.

Minced meat (I mixed it with onion, ginger and garlic), shredded carrots, mushrooms, and black fungus. Filter the glutinous rice and set aside.

Lay gauze on the steamer, place the prepared glutinous rice on it, cover the pot, boil the water and steam for 25 minutes

At the same time, put a little oil in another pot, saute a few peppers until fragrant, and remove the peppers. (You can save the pepper if you don't like it)

First add the minced meat and saute until fragrant, then add carrots, mushrooms, minced black fungus and green beans, add soy sauce and salt and stir fry for a while.

Start rolling the dough, just like the dumpling skin, with a slightly thicker middle and thin sides.

Mix the steamed glutinous rice with minced meat, etc., and add two spoonfuls of stock (this will be more delicious and easier to mix evenly). If you think the color is light, you can add half a spoonful of soy sauce. I don't like to put soy sauce in steamed products, because the color is slightly poor.
