Steps for home-cooked noodles

1
These are the potatoes, carrots and celery I cut. Children's shoes can also add what they like, preferably a tomato.
2
Just chop three mushrooms. Too many will mask the other flavors.
3
Soak day lily and fungus in advance for later use, and remember to chop them up as well.
4
This is the white meat cooked by my mother-in-law. I cut some. Everyone can cut up the pork belly, or you like to be vegetarian without meat. The taste is equally good.
5
The green garlic on the left is sprinkled on it after the soup is ready, and the green garlic and peppers on the right are used for frying.
6
When the oil in the frying pan is hot, you can put the white meat, green garlic and pepper in and stir-fry.
7
Pour in the previously cut carrots, potatoes and celery, stir-fry for a while, add fungus and day lily, and add appropriate seasonings (salt, thirteen spices, soy sauce, soy sauce).
8
Add a large bowl of water to bring the soup to a boil.
9
This is prepared vegetable soup, sprinkled with chopped green garlic.
10
This is the cooked noodles. I put a few green vegetables in it and cooked them together.
11
This is a finished product! These are all taken by me on my mobile phone. They are not very good.
