I was tired of frying rice and wanted to change it, so I made this kind of four different pictures and poured fried rice over it.

Steps for Cover and pour fried rice

Peel and wash potatoes and carrots and cut them into hob pieces, cut mushrooms into small pieces, and chop dried peppers, onions, ginger and garlic.

Put peanut oil in the pan, saute peppers, onions, ginger and garlic, scoop out, add potatoes and carrot pieces, stir fry, add salt and pepper powder, and simmer with appropriate amount of water. When the potatoes are almost ripe, add mushrooms, and wait until all the ingredients are soft and rotten. Add garlic sprouts and stir fry out of the pan.

Scoop out the cooked rice, put a little oil in the pan, add the rice and stir fry, break the eggs and pour them directly on the rice, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry well, and serve on the plate. Then pour the prepared potatoes and carrots on the rice and you can start eating.
