Crystal shrimp dumplings

When I go to Hong Kong tea restaurants, I often eat baskets of snacks, and crystal shrimp dumplings are a must-order dish. Today, I made my own crystal shrimp dumplings. They taste very good.

Steps for Crystal shrimp dumplings

Wash and chop frozen shrimp.

Wash the pork belly, peel the skin, and chop it into minced meat.

Chop bamboo shoots and ginger. Mix the above four ingredients, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, oil, and salt, then stir in circles in one direction and stir to the top tendons.

Place the orange flour in a basin, pour in boiling water, stir edge to edge until there is no cornflour, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add a little lard to the dough, continue to knead for a while, and wake up for about 10 minutes. Rub the awakened dough into long strips, cut into doses, and roll it into dumpling skins with a rolling pin.

Place carrot slices on the plate, place the dumplings on top, pour boiling water into the pot, then put the dumpling plate in and steam for about 8 minutes.
