Steps for Yam Chai Chicken Soup

Open the chicken and wash it for later use.

Prepare a short section of yam and wolfberry.

Chop the chicken into small pieces.

Put the chicken nuggets into the pan and blanch them with water.

Rinse the blanched chicken nuggets with cold water.

Pour the washed chicken nuggets into the casserole, add enough water, add onions and ginger, and open fire to stew.
