I really don't understand whether this dish is pentube fish or some other fish. In short, it's seafood. I don't seem to have eaten it before, so I don't know what to do. Fortunately, the seafood was blanched in water when it was brought, but it could be stir-fried by cutting out everything that was unknown in its stomach.
