Curry tofu

There are many types and brands of curries, each with its own flavor. This time, this delicious slightly spicy golden curry tastes particularly good, with a strong aroma and a thick silky soup. The most important thing is that the finished dish can be made quite delicious without adding any other seasonings.

- tender tofu 2 blocks
- mushrooms 3 flowers
- chives 1 piece
Steps for Curry tofu

Wash the tofu and mushrooms separately and cut into diced slices.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, add ginger, onion and garlic shredded and stir-fry to create the fragrance.

Add the tofu and gently push with the back of a spatula and fry for a while.

Add the diced mushrooms and continue to stir fry a few times.

Add a piece of Big Red Curry (a box of 3 large and 6 small pieces) and stir fry gently until melted.

Add the water just above the tofu, cover and cook for about 3 minutes.

When the soup is thick, sprinkle with a little shredded red pepper and chopped green onion, mix well, and turn off the heat.
