Note: Eat light, dried tofu has salty taste, add some soy sauce, I think it's delicious, I don't eat MSG at home, so I don't put it in! Simple side dishes are delicious in summer.

Steps for stir-fried shredded pork with leek moss and dried tofu

So wash the ingredients, cut the leek moss into sections, lean meat, and shredded dried tofu. Shred ginger and garlic.
