Steps for scallop porridge

Preparation of ingredients: Half a cup of rice, a small handful of dried scallops to soak, half a carrot, two slices of ginger, eight fungus (I forgot to put in a photo of black fungus, I will serve it later).

Peel and wash the carrots and dice them.

Soak the fungus in hair, wash and shred.
