Vegetable and bean rolls
I have harvested the garlic sprouts I planted, so let's eat them raw first! Haha! The taste is just different, spicy enough!

Prepare materials.

Cut the tofu skin into rectangular pieces about 16cm long and 10 cm wide, place it into a boiling water pot, and cook for about half a minute. Remove and soak in cold water, then remove and drain.

Put the leeks in boiling water and blanch them until soft.
