Steps for Pickled duck

1
Wash the duck meat in one plate.
2
Wash the pickled cabbage and cut into sections, shred the ginger, and wash the green onions and cut into sections.
3
Boil water in the pan and add the duck meat to blanch until done.
4
Remove from another pot, heat the oil, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.
5
Add the blanched duck meat and stir fry.
6
Stir fry for a while, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, cover over medium to medium heat and simmer for a while.
7
Simmer until the water dries, add sauerkraut and stir fry over high heat.
8
Add appropriate amount of water, cover and bring to a boil.
9
Bring to a boil, transfer to a soup pot and continue to cook for a few minutes.
10
Add salt, pepper and salt to season in the soup pot, and finally add the green onions.
11
Wash the watercress during this period. (My personal preference is to eat hot vegetables while eating, just treat it as hot pot)
12
Eat it while heating it, and eat it hot, which is very good!
